As we met more and more neurodivergent leaders supporting neurodivergent people, common questions and needs came up: how do you write grants for disability work? How do we best support a neurodivergent team? How do you create safe spaces for our community?

The best way to solve these problems? Come together and share knowledge with each other. ITI launched a monthly support group for leaders serving neurodivergent people, especially neurodivergent founders.
